Are you an experienced and ambitious School Business Manager looking for a role where you can make a real difference?

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional School Business Manager to work across two Church of England primary schools in Rochdale. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with Headteachers to drive school improvement, strengthen operational excellence, and help create the very best outcomes for children.

As a trusted member of each school's leadership team, you will lead key business functions, manage and develop staff, and ensure the effective delivery of services that enable pupils and staff to flourish.

You will have:

  • Proven experience working within a school environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Experience of managing operational and financial resources effectively.
  • The ability to influence, inspire, and build positive relationships.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
